Training that prepares you to act

Hands-on CPR, first aid, and safety classes for workplaces, families, groups, and first responders.

Classes for people who have to respond

If you have never done CPR, you will practice until the motions are familiar. If you already hold a card, we will renew it and catch you up on current steps.

We teach American Heart Association, Medic First Aid, American Safety and Health Institute, and Red Cross training. We also teach active shooter response and AED inspection.

Courses last a few hours to a few days. When the class includes certification, you leave with a card you can take with you.
